individual leasing

Every resident signs an individual lease for their bedroom space within the apartment.  This means that as a resident of Enclave, you are only responsible for your lease and rent and not your roommates’ rent.  For example, if a resident transfers schools in the middle of their lease term, the other roommates are NOT responsible for that person’s rent.  This gives residents and guarantor’s piece of mind by knowing that they are ONLY responsible for themselves.
